I'm a native of New Jersey. I didn't live near New York as you might
expect. I was closer to Philadelphia. Currently I live in
Kansas.
I
graduated high school in 1986 and promptly joined the US Navy.
I worked
as an electronics technician in aviation. During that time I
was fortunate enough to be stationed in Hawaii. It was a
wonderful place to experience for a 20 year-old.
Hawaii is beautiful and I'd be happy to visit there again.
After I left the military, I went to college.
I studied
the harder stuff like chemistry, physics and other sciences during
my junior college years.
I went on
to a professional school where I studied a ton of information about
the human body and how it works. That was an awesome and
powerful experience for me that lasted for several years.
I didn't
go into the profession I was training for and left school half way
through the program. I worked in a toxiology lab for a
while and then moved into Information Technology.
My
interest in health and fitness for the human body never left me and
in 2002 I started the To Be
Informed website where I still answer questions relating to
health, fitness and wellness.
I've also
written a book on a topic that few people discuss openly. Yet from
statistics I know it is a wide spread problem even though people
don't really talk about it. The book is:
What You
Should Know about Gum Disease.
One of
the premiere devices I discuss in that book is the
HydroFloss Oral
Irrigator.
One of
the greatest discoveries for me personally, was finding the
incredible practice of Falun Dafa.
I consider the
exercises of Falun Gong to be the cornerstone to my personal
health maintenance regimen.
Obviously, vision improvement has come back onto my radar and I'm
interested in restoring my vision to 20/20. And I built this
website to share my results and experiences with others.
